Does the OPPO Reno 14 support eSIM in India?

Among the models we checked, OPPO India lists eSIM on every Pro and Find model and on no base Reno. The Reno15 Pro 5G reads “eSIM: Supported”; the Reno15 5G reads “eSIM: Unsupported”. The Reno13 Pro and Reno13 split the same way. The Reno14 page does not mention eSIM, so treat the base Reno14 as no eSIM.

Only oppo.com/in pages count here. We hold no OPPO page for phones sold in China or other markets, so for an imported OPPO the Settings check below decides.

OPPO models and eSIM in India (table)

The table quotes the SIM field on each oppo.com/in spec page, opened on 12 Oct 2026. Seven of the 11 models list eSIM, three are silent about it, and one says “Unsupported”. Every row links its source. All other brands are on the eSIM phone list.

To check OPPO Reno 14 eSIM support on the phone you own, open Settings before you buy a plan, go to the SIM or mobile network section and look for an option to add an eSIM, such as “Add eSIM”. That reads the phone in your hand. Menu names change between software versions, so we give no fixed path.

No eSIM on your OPPO? Your options abroad

Phones without eSIM show no option to add one in their SIM settings, and a travel eSIM will not install on them. Three options remain: your operator’s roaming pack, a physical local SIM bought after you land, or a second phone with eSIM. A pocket WiFi alternative is one more device to carry and charge.
