Frequently asked questions
How much does a day of mobile data cost worldwide?
Among plans with a fixed data allowance, from US$0.10 a day, on the 200 MB plan for 30 days (US$2.99). The most expensive per day is 20 GB for 30 days: US$2.20. Short plans almost always cost more per day, and unused days are not refunded.
Does one eSIM work in all the destinations on the list?
Yes, in the 193 destinations listed on this page: when you cross a border, your phone joins the local network on its own, with the same profile. If you are visiting only one country, the plan for that country is usually cheaper.
What if it doesn't work when you land?
Check, in this order: data roaming is on for the eSIM line, the eSIM is chosen as the line for mobile data, and airplane mode is off. On this network the APN is entered by hand on Android: wbdata. Still no connection? See what to check when the eSIM has no signal abroad.
General questions have their own pages: how card payment works, refund policy, how to install an eSIM and help and FAQ.
