eSIM Go in one paragraph

eSIM Go (esimgo.in) — travel eSIMs for people travelling from India. We sell data eSIMs for trips abroad, priced as an approximate ₹ amount and charged to your card in US dollars. Install the eSIM in India; it connects when you land abroad. Calls and SMS come only where a plan page says so.

Before you pay, each plan page shows how much data you get and for how many days. Compare that with your operator’s roaming pack. We are not affiliated with other companies that use a similar name. eSIM Go is not affiliated with Jio, Airtel, Vi or BSNL. Pack details are taken from their own pages on the date shown.

Who sells to you: seller of record and card descriptor

JET SHARING MOBILITY INC, a company registered in the United States, is the seller of record for every order on esimgo.in. It trades here as eSIM Go. Your card statement shows “JET SHARING”, not “eSIM Go”, so look for that name when you check the charge or when your bank asks about it.

This page lists no street address, tax number or company registration number. If your bank queries the “JET SHARING” line, write to support. Use the e-mail you gave at checkout, so we can match the order. Our terms set out the contract.

How you pay and how refunds work

You pay by card on the Stripe payment page. The ₹ figure beside each plan is an estimate at the market rate of the day. Your card is charged in US dollars. Your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction (forex markup) fee.

Many Indian cards keep international online payments switched off until you enable them, so check yours before you order. How card payments work explains the steps. Your statement shows your bank’s rupee conversion of the US$ charge, so it can differ from the ≈ ₹ figure on the plan.

Checkout takes cards only at launch, Visa or Mastercard among others. UPI, net banking and EMI are not available. Whether a RuPay card works for an international online payment depends on your issuer, so ask your bank before you buy.

The refund rule has two parts:

  • Full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as the eSIM has not connected to any network. The line is the first connection to a network, not installation. Installing the eSIM at home does not close the refund window.
  • If the eSIM doesn’t work and it isn’t your phone’s fault, we refund the payment whether or not it was installed.

Refunds go back to the same card in US dollars through Stripe. You ask for one by writing to support. After the first network connection the first rule no longer applies. Your bank may keep its forex markup on a refund: SBI Card’s terms state that its fee “will not be reversed in case of transaction refunds” (as listed on 12 Oct 2026). The refund policy holds the full wording.

Who writes our guides

Nadezhda Semenova signs off every guide on this site and checks it against its sources before it goes live. Each page shows her name and a “Verified on” date in Indian Standard Time (IST). We list no outside experts, because none review these pages. We claim no credentials we do not have.

Drafts are prepared with AI writing tools and are checked, corrected and signed off by our named editor against the sources listed on each page. We sell travel eSIMs, so we have an interest here. The editorial policy explains how we rank sources and re-check pages. It also shows what we do when two sources disagree. If you find a wrong fact, tell us: we fix the page and change the date.
