- Apple India: “iPhone Air is activated with an eSIM and does not support a physical SIM.”

## Frequently asked questions

### How many eSIMs can the iPhone Air use?

Two eSIMs can be active at the same time: Apple confirms dual eSIM for the iPhone Air.

### Can I keep my Indian SIM and add a travel eSIM on the iPhone Air?

Yes: the iPhone Air keeps two lines active at once, so your Indian number stays on and the travel eSIM handles data.
